Extract the downloaded file in ur local folder which is htdocs or www.
Now ur extracted folder will look like this.
I have saved those files in a folder named codeigniter.... and when i run that fle in my browser...
At starting this page is displayed because our base classpath,url are redirected to the welcome pages.We can modify this and redirect to any other page as starting home page.
Now we started with our project have a smile..........................
